Ours are done with organic sugar and korintje cinnamon. Simple and always satisfying.
A gooey glaze of raw honey, dusted with pink himalayan sea salt. Our honey is actually harvested in our neighborhood. This is the most special item on our menu.
The bacon doughnut for those who hate bacon doughnuts. This is warm, gooey, slightly smoky and not too sweet. A family recipe we're really proud to share.
In the summer it's all about berries, in the winter it's a tropical adventure. Always homemade, these are fruit compotes bursting with tangy flavor.
Extra creamy custards are regularly on our menu in the rainy months. Banana, coconut, creamy pear, key lime, vanilla bean, cream cheese...
The world's most beloved chocolate hazelnut spread. We serve it warm and dusted with pink himalayan sea salt.
Our creamy, toasty coconut chai. Cinnamon, black cardamom and subtle ginger make this more fragrant than spicy. Made with Assam and green teas.
Smells spicy like a ginger molasses cookie with a kick of chili pepper. Made with Assam tea. A favorite in the fall. Can also be made with apple cider.
Fragrant, woodsy Thai black tea blended with cardamom, ginger, clove, cinnamon and anise. Really refreshing served iced in the summer. Easy to love.
Our hot chocolate is more chocolaty than sweet. Hand whisked, it's made with french cocoa Barry Brut, organic sugar and your choice of milk. Marsmallows optional.
Our caffeine free herbal chai. Meadow flowers, lavender, cardamom, fennel and raw honey. Excellent with all milks, hot or iced, and with pineapple juice in the summer.
Extracto Coffee in NE Portland blends and roasts for us. It's a medium roast we love to drink every day. Available hot or as cold brew.
Our mini cake doughnuts are served hot, topped with our premium toppings and immediately served out the back window of our cute vintage van! These are the same mini doughnuts you'll find at our Portland or Beaverton locations. We do not offer pre-made doughnuts for pick-up or delivery.
So sorry, but no. Our doughnuts contain wheat, milk, eggs and are subject to possible nut cross-contamination in our kitchen environments. Our chai is a great choice for gluten free or vegan folks, and we provide oat and almond milk in addition to whole milk .
Most of the time! We can encounter equipment and safety problems with temperatures over 95 degrees or under 40 degrees. We cannot drive our van on icy roads. If extreme temperatures cause us to cancel your event, we will refund you in full.
Rain is no problem for us, though it may be a bummer for your guests!
Our van's serving window features a small awning which helps keep guests dry when picking up their doughnuts. If you want more coverage, you'll need to provide your own tent or pop-up cover. We always suggest parking close as possible to your indoor seating area.
Our doughnut van is an adorable vintage 1972 Chevy Step Van. We limit our drive time to under an hour from the Portland metro. So Hood River, Salem, and beyond are just too far! We are not licensed to serve in Washington state. If we need to drive down a dirt road, it needs to be in good repair, with no pot holes and not too steep.
You will tell us where to park at your event, and ensure it's in walking distance for your guests. You need to get permission from the venue owner or event coordinator to let us park where you want. You may need to rope, or cone off the area we park in. You will need to measure to guarantee our van can drive in to the serving area and park. Our van's dimensions are 12 feet high, 10 feet wide and 17 feet long. We need a level, or slightly sloped area to park. We cannot operate our equipment parked on steep hills. If we arrive and are unable to serve due to any of the reasons above, we will keep the $500 deposit and refund you the rest.
We take reservations on the van up to a year from the request date. A $500. deposit is due when you sign the contract. The balance is due on the day of your event. We take payments online through our Square invoices. If your event is canceled, we can apply your deposit to a future date.
We can easily serve 300 people in two hours. If you'd like us there longer, additional hours are $275/hr.
